Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for all domestic orders within the United States.
• Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $100.
• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online through the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently do not ship internationally or to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

• If your package is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team at gandhiraiment@gmail.com for assistance. We will work with the carrier to locate your package.
• Gandhi Raiment is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Address Changes & Order Modifications

• If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact us immediately at gandhiraiment@gmail.com. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.

7. Undeliverable Packages

• If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will notify you and arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
