Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

1. Return and Exchange Policy

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a genuine quality issue with the item.
  • Quality Issues: If you believe there is a defect or quality issue with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at gandhiraiment@gmail.com. We will require a photo and description of the issue to assess the situation.
    • If the item is deemed defective, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
    • In the case of refunds for quality issues, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once the refund is approved.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled only before they are dispatched. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at gandhiraiment@gmail.com or 832-848-0336.
    • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at gandhiraiment@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
